Cancellation, refunds, and access are separate decisions

Cancel future renewal

Use the secure Web account and verified provider mechanism to cancel future renewal. Cancellation does not rely on a browser message alone. The authoritative backend records the verified cancellation state.

Unless the verified provider state requires an earlier change, cancellation stops future renewal while the current paid period continues to its recorded boundary. No additional grace-period duration is promised.

Refund handling

There is no blanket automatic or prorated refund promise. Contact Support for a verified duplicate charge, erroneous charge, technically failed or incorrect charge, or another refund required by applicable law. The provider and backend evidence determine the transaction outcome and reconstruct entitlement without removing other valid paid periods.

No fixed processing timeline is promised. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Separate workflows

Cancellation does not delete an account or private data. Account deletion does not cancel a payment or automatically create a refund. A refund does not itself wipe a local Vault or authorized provider copies.
