Before sending diagnostics

1. Open More → Help & redacted diagnostics.
2. Generate diagnostics locally.
3. Preview exactly what will be shared.
4. Remove anything you do not want to send.
5. Submit only after explicit consent.

What support can handle

Support can help with account access, subscription and transaction references, authorized devices, sync status, public policies, and redacted technical diagnostics. It cannot decrypt or browse private Family Vault content and has no universal decryption key.

Billing and deletion

Use Cancellation & refunds for charge or renewal issues. Use Delete account for service-account deletion and the separate local/provider data controls.
