Yours Together terms of use

Yours Together — Private Family Companion is developed and operated by Revathi Donthireddy under the trading brand CreatorGraph AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account and devices secure.

Adult accounts and family participation

Account holders must be adults. The service is not directed to children. An authorized adult may manage a dependant or other family participant only through the roles and controls implemented by the product.

Product scope

Yours Together helps a family privately record, coordinate, remember, and prepare. It is not a bank, emergency-response service, medical provider, legal adviser, financial adviser, or substitute for professional advice. In urgent situations, contact the appropriate local emergency or professional service.

Your information and lawful use

You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite, the access you grant, and having a lawful reason to process or share that information. Do not use the service to harm, deceive, stalk, harass, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person.

Do not store OTPs, ATM or UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords, private signing keys, or crypto seed or recovery phrases in the Family Vault.

Private content and recovery

The local encrypted Family Vault is authoritative. You control device access, explicit record sharing, exports, and any user-selected continuity folder. No design can recall information already viewed or exported. Recovery depends on the authorized device, key material, and provider copies that actually remain available.

Plans and monthly subscriptions

R1 offers Essentials at ₹299 per month, Plus at ₹499 per month, Extended at ₹999 per month, and the Extended Family Growth add-on at ₹149 per month for each approved +2-member unit. No annual plan, free trial, launch promotion, or unapproved discount is offered.

Eligible Web subscription checkout uses Cashfree only after provider production qualification. When recurring billing is enabled, renewal follows the provider authorization and terms displayed before payment and continues until cancelled. Android is consumption-only and contains no purchase path. The checkout must display the actual tax treatment before authorization; these terms do not invent GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive treatment.

Payment and entitlement authority

A browser success or return page does not by itself grant access. The backend, verified provider evidence, and provider reconciliation are authoritative for entitlement. Access may be limited to the paid period and then move to the implemented read-only state; no fixed grace period is promised.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewal through the verified account and provider mechanism. Cancellation does not itself create a refund. There is no blanket automatic or prorated refund promise. Verified duplicate, erroneous, technically failed or incorrect charges, and other refunds required by law, are handled through Support, the provider, and the backend process. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Digital delivery

Yours Together is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Access is delivered electronically only after authoritative entitlement confirmation.

Suspension, security, and changes

Service access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, legal compliance, provider requirements, or material breach. The service may be updated to maintain reliability, security, compliance, and its focused scope. Material terms changes will be published prospectively.

Account and data deletion

Service-account deletion, local Vault wipe, authorized provider-copy deletion, Family Space lifecycle, cancellation, and refund are separate workflows. Limited billing, tax, fraud, security, audit, dispute, or other lawful records may be retained after a deletion request where required.
