How Yours Together handles information

Yours Together — Private Family Companion is developed and operated by Revathi Donthireddy under the trading brand CreatorGraph AI.
Who the service is for
Account holders must be adults. The product is not directed to children. A dependant or other family participant may be represented or managed only through the implemented adult-authorized family model.
Account and control-plane information
We process the minimum content-blind information needed to provide and secure the service, such as account email, authentication state, service identifiers, authorized-device status, family membership and role state, subscription and transaction references, security events, support requests, and operational audit records.
Private Family Vault content
Vault records, notes, attachments, memories, responsibilities, readiness items, and other private family content are encrypted on authorized Android devices. The Yours Together backend is not a universal Family Vault repository or decryptor. Master Admin is not Family Owner, and Admin, support, Partner, and payment-provider roles do not receive a universal decryption key.
User-selected continuity storage
When you explicitly choose a compatible Android document-provider folder, the app encrypts objects before writing them there and uses opaque identifiers rather than private meanings in object names. The selected provider stores those encrypted objects under your authorization. Provider access and Family Vault cryptographic authorization are separate. Yours Together cannot remotely scan or delete storage locations you did not authorize.
Payments and subscription records
After Cashfree production qualification and activation, eligible Web subscription checkout may send Cashfree the minimum account, plan, amount, currency, order, return, and provider information needed to process the transaction. Payment credentials such as a full card number, banking password, UPI PIN, CVV, or OTP are handled by the payment provider or payment network, not stored in the Family Vault. The backend records verified provider facts needed for entitlement, cancellation, refund handling, reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, and lawful financial records.
Support, diagnostics, and communications
You choose whether to generate and share redacted diagnostics. Preview and remove fields before submission. Transactional email and support processes use content-blind account or lifecycle information and must not include private Vault content.
Measurement and advertising
The private Android app has no behavioral advertising use of Family Vault content, and private Vault content is not sold or used for advertising. Optional public-site acquisition measurement runs only according to the consent choice presented on public pages and must not receive private family content.
Retention, security, and disclosure
Service/control-plane records are retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, billing, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, audit, support, or other lawful obligations. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirement; no fixed period is promised here. Information may be disclosed when lawfully required or to verified service providers acting for the stated purpose.
Your controls
You can manage authorized devices, export the encrypted Vault, request service-account deletion, explicitly wipe the local Vault, and separately delete authorized provider copies where the device and provider capability allow. Cancellation, refund, service-account deletion, local wipe, provider-copy deletion, and Family Space lifecycle are separate actions.
